Privacy
This policy explains what Sold Anyway collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no form on this site, no account, no profile, no advertising network and no analytics. We do not set cookies.
Our host records requests to its servers, including IP addresses, for security and operational reasons. That happens on every website and whether or not you do anything here.
Buying something
Orders are not handled here. Checkout takes place on Fourthwall, who are the seller of record: they take the payment, produce the item and handle delivery and returns. Card details are never entered on this site and never reach us. Whatever you give them is covered by their own privacy policy.
Cookies
None. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and nothing to consent to. Your browser keeps your cart on your own device so it survives a refresh; that never leaves your browser and we cannot see it.
How long we keep it
We hold nothing to keep. Our host's own request logs are kept on its schedule, not ours. Anything you give Fourthwall at checkout is kept by them, under their policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. In practice we hold nothing, so the answer to the first will be that there is nothing to send. For anything connected to an order, ask Fourthwall, who are the seller of record.
Write to contact@soldanyway.com and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
Minors
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date below.
