Privacy
This policy explains what Sold Anyway collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
One thing: the email address you enter into the waitlist form, and the date you entered it. There is no account, no profile, no advertising network and no analytics on this site.
Our host records requests to its servers, including IP addresses, for security and operational reasons. That happens on every website and whether or not you submit anything.
Why we collect it
To send you one email when the first pieces go on sale. That is the purpose you agreed to when you submitted the address, and it is the only purpose it is used for. We do not sell, rent or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
The list is held by the email service that runs it, who process it on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it, unless we are legally required to hand it over.
Buying something
Orders are not handled here. Checkout takes place on Fourthwall, who are the seller of record: they take the payment, produce the item and handle delivery and returns. Card details are never entered on this site and never reach us. Whatever you give them is covered by their own privacy policy.
Cookies
None. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and nothing to consent to. Your browser keeps your cart on your own device so it survives a refresh; that never leaves your browser and we cannot see it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than is needed to send you that one email. Unsubscribing deletes the address.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Write to contact@soldanyway.com and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
Minors
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date below.
